Project Management

I am a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified with the Project Management Institute. My project management career started almost 20 years ago in the oil and gas industry. I've worked on projects both large and small. From projects lasting years with budgets of several million dollars to short-term projects lasting a few months with budgets of a few hundred dollars - I've worked on them all! 

How can I help you? Well that depends on what you need help with! My services are completely customizable. I understand that no two clients or projects are the same so I work closely with clients to determine what services they need and how we can make it work within their budget.

Recipe Creation

I have an extensive background in blogging and writing. I was a blog owner from 2011 until I sold it in 2019. I blogged primarily about recipes and party planning so I know what readers like to see. This brings added advantages to you - my clients - because I know all about SEO, keywords, and the types of questions readers have on recipes. 

In 2018, I thought "if I love creating recipes so much, why don't I open a bakery?" and started up my own local bakery. After lots of very long days and changes in local businesses due to the pandemic, I decided to close my bakery in late 2020 and go back to my roots in recipe development. 

During my time as a blogger and bakery owner, I was featured in multiple magazines as well as several live news broadcasts. These included: CTV Morning News, CBC News, Woman's World Magazine, Chatelaine Magazine, and many others.

I've also worked with several major brands so I'd be happy to help you with sponsored posts. Brands I've worked with are: Disney Parks, Disney Junior, Fisher-Price, Chicken Farmers of Canada, Egg Farmers of Canada, Birthday In A Box, and many others. 

Do you have readers with peanut and tree nut allergies? Or busy parents looking for nut-free lunch ideas for school? I can help you out there too! My youngest child has severe peanut and tree nut allergies so everything in my kitchen is nut-free. I know how to properly read ingredient labels, how to understand cross-contamination warnings, and how to bake nut-free without compromising flavor.
