Project Management FAQ
My project management services are completely customizable. I understand that no two clients or projects are the same so I work closely with clients to determine what services they need and how we can make it work within their budget.
To help you decide what areas you may want help in, here are details on some of the services I offer. Don't see what you need here? Let's chat and develop a plan that meets your needs!
What types of project management services do you offer?
Procedure Audits: We start by looking through your current business procedures, identifying gaps, seeing if there's any overlap that could be reduced to save you money, clearly assigning/refining roles to your current staff so everyone is being as productive as they can, and getting those business procedures documented so everyone in your organization is on the same page. Let's get those processes documented so everyone is working to the same standard, producing quality deliverables and making the best use of their time.
Managing Schedules: You've spent years working hard on creating your business and you're awake at all hours of the night thinking of all the things you have to do. There just aren't enough hours in the day. This is where I can help! Let me grab all those tasks and ideas floating around in your brain and get them down on paper. I can help you develop a plan and schedule for completing everything on your to-do list. Whether it's helping to manage a short-term project or just reminders of everything you have to do on a weekly basis, I can help you put these into a schedule so nothing falls through the cracks. My job is to help you feel less overwhelmed. Let's break all your tasks into small manageable bite-sized pieces so we can start marking those tasks as completed!
Team Coordinator: With so many things on your plate, it's hard to find time to get your own work done plus manage those working for you. As a Team Coordinator, I'll help to identify your tasks that need to be done, assign those tasks to your team members or subcontractors, follow up with those team members to make sure things are done on time and to your standards and move tasks from one person to another so the tasks keep moving through the execution phase until reaching completion. I can help review invoices to ensure you're only paying for work that's been completed properly and assess the success of your partnerships with various subcontractors to ensure you're making the most of your budget.
Social Media Coordinator: We all know the importance of a strong social media presence. Let me help you create a plan for your social media accounts - how often you'd like to post, what types of content do best on each platform, what do your followers respond best to and put these into a schedule to make sure you're adding new content onto social on a regular basis. Yes, I can help to post this content on your behalf as well as responding to follower comments.
Ghost Writing: With over 10 years of writing experience, I can help you add that personal touch to your blog posts while organically working in keywords to help with SEO. This includes answering questions in the blog post like: how to make the recipe, ingredients included in the recipe and why each one is needed, special tools needed to make the recipe and where to find these (can work in your Amazon affiliate account here), possible ingredient substitutions, ending posts with a call to action, linking similar blog posts and more.
Newsletter Writing: Your readers subscribed because they want to be kept updated on new recipes, what you've been up to, and more. Let me help you keep them in the loop by creating engaging newsletters. We'll start by deciding how often you want these newsletters sent out, what program you prefer to use for your newsletters, what your readers respond well to in newsletters and we'll put together a plan. There are so many fun things that can be included in newsletters like little-known fun holidays to celebrate (linking up to your blog posts that can be used in these celebrations), talking about what's going viral on social media and what blog posts you have with similar ideas, upcoming contests for readers and more. I can help you write these newsletters and create fun images to go along with them (I use Canva for this).

What types of programs do you use for your project management services?
I have experience in many different project management programs so we can choose what works best for your needs. These programs include, but aren't limited to: Airtable, Asana, ClickUp, Canva, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Primavera and more. We want to find a program that helps you - not causes you more work and stress.
Do you work in-person or virtually?
I can do both! I am located in Regina, Saskatchewan Canada but I can travel for work if you feel it's better to meet face-to-face to develop our project plan.
Can't meet in person? No problem! I do virtual work for most of my clients. I'd suggest having our initial meeting over a video chat so I can learn more about you, your business, and where you need assistance. From there, I'll develop a plan for us to discuss and approve so we can start making progress.
How much do you charge?
My rate for project management services is typically $40 per hour. Need a detailed quote based on the services you need? Send me an email and we'll chat!
